Emergent has been instrumental in the creation of this technology, the manufacturing processes surrounding it, as well as the establishment of the MRP, PLM, CRM and other operational systems ADTIMedia relies upon to bring SkyNet and future products to market.

Consisting of a geographically diverse organization, ADTIMedia needed a robust communication system. Emergent selected Cisco's CCM platform for VOIP call routing and distribution throughout all of ADTIMedia's locations.

For ADTIMedia's enterprise software requirements, Emergent helped evaluate numerous platforms. Due to the low cost of infrastructure, Emergent and ADTIMedia were committed to the SaaS (Software-as-a-Servce) model for all of ADTIMedia's business systems.

For the MRP requirements, ADTIMedia selected GSInnovate, a Glovia product. This SaaS MRP platform nicely addressed the requirements put forth by ADTIMedia, and works well in geographically diverse companies.

For CRM requirements, ADTIMedia selected Salesforce.com, due to its' integration with Glovia, and its' robuse features for opportunity management, as well as Support Case Management.

For ADTIMedia's product management requirements, Emergent implemented Arena Solutions, the leading SaaS PLM system available. This revolutionary platform effectively and efficiently manages the product development process, change and document management, all in one system.
